For clients, we promise to work diligently to keep you informed of changing market conditions and compensation packages. We pledge to maintain high standards of integrity and will do our best to provide quality candidates in a timely manner.

Our Search Process:

  1. Develop a complete understanding of your company culture, structure, and work environment.

  2. Create position specifications based on our discussions. This includes title, responsibilities, requirements, and compensation package.

  3. Identify qualified candidates who match qualifications and experiences as discussed. Some of these candidates will be in our extensive database but we know many of the better candidates will not be looking for new opportunities and must be persuaded to consider. This process is designed to create a pool of prospects to compare and evaluate so that only the best will be presented.

  4. Personally interview all candidates of interest before making any recommendations. We will also verify work history and educational credentials for any recommended candidates.

  5. Reference check all candidates under serious consideration. This includes both provided references as well as seeking out independent assessments from individuals currently or previously associated with the candidate who were in a position to provide performance evaluations.

  6. Assist in preparation of an appropriate offer providing pertinent information to help our clients develop a competitive package.

  7. Advise candidates throughout the resignation process to help make a smooth transition into a new position. We will also maintain contact with both the client and the candidate for the first few weeks/months of employment to make sure any issues or concerns are resolved before a problem develops.
