Waterman Executive Search - Candidates

For candidates, we will strive to protect confidentiality and we will advise you on career decisions, prevailing salaries, and appropriate protocol throughout the interview process.

Our Hiring Process:

  1. Telephone Screening: Our relationship begins with a telephone call to determine your interest and if there is a good match with our client’s requirements.

  2. In-Person Interview: A face-to-face meeting is sometimes scheduled to further the interview process.

  3. Resume Submission to Client: When a good match is determined, a resume or candidate profile will be presented to the client. We will get feedback from the client and coordinate follow-up communications. Waterman Executive Search will take responsibility for arranging interviews and advising you throughout the selection process.

  4. Post Interview Communication: Following any scheduled interview, we will work closely with you and the client to determine mutual interest.

  5. Client Offer: If an offer is to be extended, we will do our best to make sure terms of employment, compensation, start date, etc. are acceptable to you.

  6. Post Hire Communication: Although our role usually ends when an offer is accepted, we want to stay in touch to make sure you are happy and that things are going well. From time to time you can expect a call from us. We appreciate your feedback so that we can continue to improve our recruiting techniques.
