About Waterman Executive Search
Waterman Executive Search has been providing recruitment services for more than 30 years. Most of our clients are building material suppliers or heavy/highway/civil contractors. However, we have the network and experience to address recruitment needs for other industries as well. Most of our business is with repeat clients and some of these clients have been working with us for twenty years.
Waterman Executive Search was founded in 1981 by Michael Waterman. Prior to 1981 Mr. Waterman spent six years with an international search firm developing the skills and techniques to be a successful headhunter. Today Mr. Waterman continues to personally manage every search and is supported by a team of sourcing and research professionals.
Our goal is to be a strategic partner with clients and a career counselor to candidates. We understand the importance of these two objectives working together for making each placement a long term engagement.
